Nancy has over twenty years of property management experience. She started her career as a Property Manager working for her father at Mauger Management.  In 1996 she became head broker and ran all facets of the company.  She joined Kohr Royer Griffith, Inc. in 1999 when the two companies merged. 

Nancy manages a portfolio consisting of 40+ multifamily properties.  She has worked with the majority of her clients for decades, many of which she has represented in the sale/purchase of their investment properties.
